Hydralyte Orange Flavoured Electrolyte Ice Blocks are a frozen oral rehydration solution, formulated to help replace water and electrolytes lost through vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise and occasional hangovers.

Sucking slowly on a frozen ice block can make it easier for children and adults to rehydrate when feeling unwell, and the pack is suitable for the entire family, including babies, and pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.

Directions:
Place in the freezer. Once frozen, cut open one end with clean scissors, push the ice block from the uncut end and suck small amounts until consumed.

Ingredients:
Sodium chloride 2.5 mg/mL, Potassium citrate 2.2 mg/mL, Citric acid monohydrate 4.8 mg/mL, Glucose 16 mg/mL.

Warnings:
Contains 54mg of potassium and 77mg of sodium per 62.5mL ice block. Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea persists.
