Hydralyte Electrolyte Solution Strawberry Kiwi Flavoured is a ready-to-use oral electrolyte solution that helps replace water and electrolytes lost through vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise and occasional hangovers.

It is suitable for paediatric use and for use during pregnancy, and comes as four 250mL bottles that can be taken straight from the bottle without mixing.

Directions:
Do not dilute. Sip slowly. Refrigerate after opening and discard after 1 month.

Ingredients:
Active ingredients per 100 mL include glucose monohydrate, citric acid monohydrate, sodium (from sodium chloride) and potassium (from potassium citrate, 80 mg).

Warnings:
Contains sugars, sucralose, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate and tartrazine, with 86mg of potassium and 106mg of sodium per 100mL dose. Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea persists.
