Hydralyte Apple Blackcurrant Electrolyte Powder is an oral rehydration solution, scientifically formulated to help replace water and electrolytes lost through vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise or occasional hangovers.

Compact and light to carry, these sachets are a family first aid necessity, with each pack including a convenient 200 mL measuring cup. Suitable for the entire family, including babies and pregnant or breastfeeding mothers.

Directions:
Mix immediately before required. Fill the measuring cup to the 200 mL line with fresh, cold drinking water (freshly boiled and cooled for babies under 6 months). Empty one sachet into the cup, stir until dissolved, and sip slowly while symptoms persist. Discard unused solution after 2 hours, or 24 hours if refrigerated.

Active ingredient:
Per sachet: Glucose 2.91 g, Citric acid 880 mg, Sodium from Sodium chloride 210 mg, Potassium from Potassium citrate 160 mg.

Warnings:
Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea persists for more than 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years, or 48 hours in children over 6 years and adults. Contains 160 mg of potassium and 210 mg of sodium per 200 mL dose.
