Hydralyte Apple Blackcurrant Electrolyte Ice Blocks are an oral rehydration solution, scientifically formulated to help replace water and electrolytes lost through vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise or occasional hangovers.

Sucking slowly on the frozen ice blocks can make it easier to rehydrate when feeling nauseous, and children often see them as a frozen treat rather than a medicine. They are suitable for the entire family, including babies and pregnant or breastfeeding mothers.

Directions:
Place the Ice Blocks in the freezer. Once frozen, cut open one end with clean scissors, push the frozen Ice Block from the uncut end, and suck small amounts until consumed.

Active ingredient:
Sodium chloride 2.5 mg/mL, Potassium citrate 2.2 mg/mL, Citric acid monohydrate 4.8 mg/mL, Glucose 16 mg/mL.

Warnings:
Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea persists for more than 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years, or 48 hours in children over 6 years and adults. Contains 54 mg of potassium and 77 mg of sodium per 62.5 mL Ice Block.
