Directions:
Do not open the outer package until ready to use. Remove the warmer and shake to activate. For maximum efficiency, place the warmer in a pocket or gloves. The warmer heats up in 15-30 minutes. If heat decreases, expose the warmer to air and shake. After use, dispose of it with regular garbage.

Ingredients:
Iron Powder, Water, Salt, Activated Charcoal and Vermiculite.

Warnings:
Burn hazard: immediately remove the warmer if it is too hot or uncomfortable, and check your skin periodically. Do not use while sleeping, on infants or those who cannot feel heat, with other heating devices, or heat in a microwave.
