Hi Lift Blue Bleach is a bleach powder that lightens hair and removes pigment from the hair follicle.

It is designed to be mixed with peroxide before being applied to the hair as part of a lightening service.

Directions:
Empty the desired amount of Hi Lift into a non-metallic bowl, then mix with a double quantity of 20 or 30 volume peroxide, depending on the result wanted, to a creamy consistency. For speciality bleaching, mix to a thicker consistency, and avoid previously lightened areas.

Ingredients:
Ingredients include potassium persulfate, ammonium persulfate, sodium silicate, sodium stearate, magnesium carbonate, magnesium oxide, guar gum and fragrance.

Warnings:
Avoid contact with eyes and wear protective gloves when mixing or using. Keep away from heat, sparks and naked flame, and mix strictly according to instructions. Do not use on broken skin, wash hands thoroughly after use, and avoid breathing in the dust.
