Harmony Menopause is a multi herb formula that helps relieve hot flushes, night sweats, fatigue, irritability, muscle aches and sleeplessness.

It blends Chinese and Western herbs with vitamin D, calcium and magnesium, herbs traditionally used to support women through the hormonal changes of menopause. The formula is free from wheat, gluten and dairy.

Adult starting dose is 2 tablets twice daily until symptoms improve; the maintenance dose is 1 to 2 tablets per day, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Ingredients:
Rehmannia glutinosa root 1.2g, angelica polymorpha root 200mg, dioscorea opposita root 200mg, paeonia lactiflora root 200mg, bupleurum falcatum root 200mg, vitex agnus-castus fruit 100mg, calcium hydrogen phosphate 350mg, calcium amino acid chelate 50mg, magnesium amino acid chelate 50mg and cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) 2.5mcg.

Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. Seek medical advice if symptoms or fluid retention persist. Drink plenty of water. Discontinue use if you develop a sensitivity to the formula. Not recommended in pregnancy unless professionally prescribed.
