Directions:
The recommended dosage for adults is 1 teaspoon daily. The suggested daily intake of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

Cod Liver Oil 1mL/mL, equivalent to 900 micrograms of retinol equivalents of Vitamin A and 300 IU of Vitamin D.
