Glucerna Vanilla Powder is a health shake formulated for the nutritional needs of people with diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance, prepared as a vanilla flavoured drink.

The formulation features an advanced slow-release carbohydrate system, complete and balanced nutrition with 28 essential vitamins and minerals, a healthy fat blend including monounsaturated and plant-based omega-3 fatty acids, and a low glycaemic index formulation. It is recommended as a meal, partial meal or snack, used as part of a diabetes management plan that includes diet and exercise.

To prepare a 237mL serving, pour 200mL of cold water into a glass, then gradually add 5 scoops (52.1g) of powder while stirring, and mix until dissolved. Best served chilled.

Once opened, cover and store in a cool, dry place, but do not refrigerate, and use within 3 weeks. Prepared Glucerna should be used promptly, or covered, refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
