Glucerna Chocolate Powder is a milkshake-style drink formulated especially for the nutritional needs of people with diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance.

The formulation features an advanced slow-release carbohydrate system with 4 times higher inositol to help manage blood glucose levels, complete and balanced nutrition with 28 essential vitamins and minerals, a healthy fat blend with monounsaturated fatty acids and plant-based omega-3 to help support a healthy heart, and a low Glycaemic Index formulation (GI = 29).

It is recommended as a meal, partial meal or snack used alongside a diabetes management plan that includes diet and exercise.

Directions:
To prepare a 237 mL serving, pour 200 mL of cold water into a glass. Gradually add 5 scoops (52.1 g) of Glucerna Powder while stirring and mix until dissolved. Best served chilled. Once opened, use within 3 weeks and store covered in a cool, dry place, not refrigerated. Prepared Glucerna should be used promptly or covered, refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
