The GEM formula is a gentle alternative to peroxide, lifting tough stains without damaging enamel and whitening up to 7 shades in 14 days. It removes tea, coffee, red wine and smoking stains, and each pack contains 28 strips.

Moisten teeth with your tongue, apply a strip to the upper teeth avoiding the gum line, fold the excess behind the teeth, then repeat for the lower teeth and allow the strips to dissolve.

Directions:
Moisten teeth with tongue. Apply strip (either side) to upper teeth avoiding gum line. Fold excess strip behind teeth. Strip will adhere to the teeth. Repeat for lower teeth. Allow the strips to dissolve.
