Directions:
Loosen the fasteners on the calf and foot straps. Slide your foot through the calf strap so the support rests on top of the foot, then adjust its position so the calf strap sits approximately 2 inches above the ankle bone, adjusting from both sides for a firm, comfortable fit. Centre the wide portion of the foot strap under the ball of the foot, attach the fastener on the wider end to the top of the support, then pull your toes up, wrap the remaining strap around the foot and attach the fastener.
