Directions:
Adults: take 3 tablets a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take 2 tablets a day to relieve mild osteoarthritis symptoms and joint pain, based on traditional use in Ayurvedic medicine.

Ingredients:
Each tablet contains herbal extracts dry concentrate: Turmeric Curcumin C3 Complex rhizome 386.5mg, plus Turmeric rhizome 100mg, providing total curcuminoids of 368mg, and Black pepper BioPerine fruit 3.75mg. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
