Fusion Health Sleep contains passionflower, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve sleeplessness and promote refreshing sleep, plus ziziphus, traditionally used for the same purpose in Chinese medicine.

Passionflower is also traditionally taken to relieve stress and mild anxiety, reduce irritability and excess nervous energy, and support muscle relaxation, while ziziphus is traditionally used to induce sleep and calm the mind and spirit. The formula also contains schisandra, polygala, albizia, biota and poria.

Directions:
Adults: take 3-4 tablets one hour before bed, or as professionally prescribed.

Ingredients:
Each tablet contains herbal extracts dry concentrate: Ziziphus seed 250mg, Passionflower herb 100mg, Poria mushroom 40mg, Albizia stem bark 40mg, Polygala root 40mg, Biota seed 40mg, and Schisandra fruit 30mg. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
