It also contains vitex, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve menopausal symptoms and support healthy reproductive hormones, and kudzu, standardised to provide 35mg of isoflavones per capsule, plus horny goat weed, phellodendron and morinda.

Directions:
Adults: take 2 capsules two times a day, or as professionally advised.

Ingredients:
Each vegetable capsule contains extracts dry concentrate: Anemarrhena root and rhizome 150mg, Dong quai root 75mg, Kudzu root 87.5mg (isoflavones 35mg), Horny goat weed leaf 43.3mg, Phellodendron stem bark 95mg, Morinda root 80mg, and Vitex fruit 25mg. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Warnings:
