Balloonflower is traditionally used in Chinese medicine to relieve coughs, while Japanese catnip is traditionally used to relieve sore throat, headaches, mild fever and chills. The formula also contains honeysuckle and forsythia, often taken together in traditional Chinese medicine.

Directions:
