It helps support your immune system, helps maintain body electrolyte balance, helps relieve symptoms of common colds and flu, and helps promote general health and wellbeing. The tablets are free from added sugar, caffeine and artificial colour.

Directions:
Remove 1 tablet from the tube and replace the cap tightly. Dissolve in 200mL of fresh, cold drinking water. Store below 300C. Do not use if the cap seal is broken, and do not ingest the cap.

Ingredients:
Active ingredients per tablet include Retinol palmitate (vitamin A) 888 micrograms, Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 1000mg, Selenium 14 micrograms, and Zinc 8mg, plus Riboflavin, dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), Glutamine, Lysine, Manganese, Magnesium, Echinacea, Forsythia, Isatis tinctoria, Lonicera japonica, Schizonepeta tenuifolia and Ginger extracts.

Warnings:
If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist, as vitamin A in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalent can cause birth defects. Keep out of reach of children.
