Directions:
Adults and children over 12 years: take one tablet half an hour to an hour before bed, with water.

Ingredients:
Valeriana officinalis extract dry concentrate 500mg. Humulus lupulus extract dry concentrate 120mg.

Warnings:
In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin or eyes, or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional.
