Directions:
Adults: take 1 tablet daily for relief of menopausal symptoms.

Ingredients:
Actaea racemosa extract dry concentrate 17.35 (equivalent to Black cohosh native extract 13, equivalent to dry root and rhizome 84.5).

Warnings:
Contains lactose. In rare cases, black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you experience yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain or loss of appetite, stop taking this product and see your doctor.
