Fefol Daily Iron & Folic Acid tablets contain Iron (II) Glycinate, a form of iron that is gentler on the stomach than other ferrous forms.

Each tablet also contains folic acid to help the formation of healthy red blood cells, vitamin C for enhanced dietary iron absorption, and other essential B vitamins to help maintain energy levels. Store below 25 degrees Celsius and protect from moisture.

Directions:
Adults: 1 tablet per day, or as directed by a health professional.

Ingredients:
Iron (II) glycinate (Iron bisglycinate) 88.8mg equiv. to elemental iron 24mg, Thiamine hydrochloride 12.71mg equiv. to Vitamin B1 10mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 10mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride 12.16mg equiv. to Vitamin B6 10mg, Folic Acid 500 micrograms, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 300 micrograms, Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 250mg. Contains phenylalanine.

Warnings:
Contains sulfites, phenylalanine and soya bean products. Not for treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
