Directions:
Shake well before use and use the enclosed measuring device for an accurate dose. Children 2-3 years: take 5mL once daily. Children 4-12 years: take 5mL, 1 to 2 times daily. Adults and children over 12 years: take 10mL, 1 to 2 times daily, or as directed by your health professional. For children under 2 years, consult your health professional.

Ingredients:
Active ingredients (in each 10mL): Iron (from Ferrous gluconate) 10mg; Vitamin B1 (as Thiamine hydrochloride); Vitamin B2 (as Riboflavin sodium phosphate); Vitamin B3 (as Nicotinamide); Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine hydrochloride); Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 1.5 micrograms; Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 55mg.
