Ear plugs of this type are generally shaped or moulded by hand to fit snugly, then pressed gently into the outer ear before swimming or bathing, to help keep water out. Always follow any instructions provided with the product, and remove and dry the plugs after use, storing them in a clean, dry place ready for next time, away from small children. Replace the plugs if they become worn, torn or discoloured, and check the fit before each use.
