Ethical Nutrients Mega Zinc 40mg with Vitamin C is a high-strength orange powder that supports the immune system and helps relieve acne symptoms.

Directions:
Adults and teenagers 14+: for cold relief, acne assistance or zinc deficiency prevention, take 1/2 teaspoon (1.9g) in 200mL water twice daily with food for up to 3 months; for immune support, take 1/4 teaspoon (0.95g) in 100mL water twice daily with food. Children 5-13 years: take 1/4 teaspoon (0.95g) in 100mL water once daily with food. Not suitable for children under 2.

Ingredients:
Each 1/2 metric teaspoon (1.9g) contains: Calcium ascorbate dihydrate, Equiv. Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C); Zinc amino acid chelate (Meta Zn Zinc diglycinate) 100mg, Equiv. Zinc; Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6); Betacarotene 2.0mg.
