Directions:

Each tablet contains: Fucus vesiculosus, dry whole plant extract 200mg, from dry whole plant (Kelp) 1g, Equiv. iodine 200 micrograms, Silicon dioxide 107mg, Equiv. silicon 50mg, Zinc amino acid chelate 75mg, Equiv. zinc 15mg, Lycopene 6.0mg, Betacarotene 4.8mg, Borax (Sodium borate) 26mg, Equiv. boron 3.0mg, Biotin 2.5mg, Manganese amino acid chelate 94mg, Equiv. manganese 15mg, Selenomethionine 188 micrograms, Equiv. selenium 75 micrograms, d-alpha-Tocopheryl acid succinate 12mg, Equiv. d-alpha-Tocopherol (Vitamin E) 14.9IU.
