Directions:
Adult general immunity: chew 1 tablet daily with food. During a cold: chew 4 tablets daily with food. Children 5 years and over: general immunity chew 1/2 tablet daily with food; during a cold chew 1 tablet daily with food, or as directed by a health professional. Store below 300C.
