Directions:
Adults: for immune support take 1 tablet daily with food; to reduce the severity and duration of a cold take 2 tablets twice daily with food.

Ingredients:
Each tablet contains: Calcium ascorbate dihydrate, Equiv. Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), Sodium ascorbate, Equiv. Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), Total ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), Hesperidin 5.0mg, Zinc amino acid chelate, Equiv. Zinc, Citrus bioflavonoids extract, Rutoside 5.0mg.

Warnings:
Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. The maximum recommended daily dose (4 tablets) contains 279mg of sodium.
