Directions:
Adults: for magnesium and carbohydrate loading, take 1 level scoop (25g) with 200mL of water, three times a day for 2 to 3 days before an event. Before exercise, take 1 level scoop (25g) with 350mL of water 30 minutes beforehand. During exercise, take 1 level scoop (25g) with 350mL of water every hour, and for rehydration every 20 minutes. For everyday hydration, take 1 level scoop (25g) with 350mL to 600mL of water, or as required.

Each dose (25g) contains 365kJ (87cal) of energy. The maximum recommended daily dose (100g) contains 704mg of sodium. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional. Mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
