Endura Performance Hydration Lemon Lime combines an electrolyte complex with energy and endurance support and magnesium for muscles, replenishing vital electrolytes and delivering an energy-boosting 20g of dual-sourced carbohydrates to help keep you charged for peak performance.

It replaces essential electrolytes lost in sweat, provides 20g of dual-source carbohydrates for enhanced absorption, and includes magnesium glycinate dihydrate to support tense and tight muscles and enhance endurance and stamina.

Directions:
Adults: for magnesium and carbohydrate loading, take 1 level scoop (25g) with 200mL of water, three times a day for 2 to 3 days before an event. Before exercise, take 1 level scoop (25g) with 350mL of water 30 minutes beforehand. During exercise, take 1 level scoop (25g) with 350mL of water every hour, and for rehydration every 20 minutes. For everyday hydration, take 1 level scoop (25g) with 350mL to 600mL of water, or as required.

Ingredients:
Each dose (25g) contains Magnesium Glycinate Dihydrate 1.6g (equivalent to elemental Magnesium 163mg), Sodium Chloride 446mg (equivalent to elemental Sodium 176mg), Calcium Amino Acid Chelate 210mg (equivalent to elemental Calcium 42mg) and Potassium Citrate 185mg (equivalent to elemental Potassium 67mg), plus 366kJ of energy. Contains sugars.

Warnings:
The maximum recommended daily dose (100g) contains 704mg of sodium and 268mg of potassium. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional. Mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
