The Elastoplast Sport Adjustable Knee Support improves healing and stability in knees that are weak or injured. By providing compression and warmth, it helps reduce and prevent joint effusion and pain in the knee joints and tendons. Ideal for recovery after sprains, bruises, inflammation and other minor knee injuries.

In conjunction with adequate rest and recovery, use of this knee brace can improve mobility and prevent re-injury. Adjustable velcro straps keep the support in place all day while allowing the right fit for your comfort level. The skin-friendly neoprene material is washable for convenient care.

Application: Place the support over your knee ensuring the smooth side faces the skin. The single strap should be outside the leg and the hole should cover the kneecap. While holding the support in place, wrap the middle strap under your knee and attach it. Wrap each of the remaining outside straps under your knee and attach them. Adjust tension to your desired comfort and support.
