It is designed to help protect the mouth, jaw and teeth during high-impact or contact sports, with a clear finish sized for youth.

Directions:
Place the mouthguard over your upper teeth to test the size, trimming back if it is too long. Place it in near-boiling water for 10 seconds and remove with a large spoon, then insert immediately and bite firmly but gently for an even fit. Cool by immersing in cold water. The mouthguard is designed to mould to your mouth for better protection.
