Dr Wolff's V-san Cremolum is a hormone-free vaginal pessary for vaginal dryness. It helps alleviate symptoms such as burning, itching and pain caused by vaginal dryness, and can also help with pain during sex.

The pessary is inserted into the vagina without an applicator. Heat and moisture from the body transform the pessary into a nourishing cream, with a pH of 4.5 from added lactic acid to help make the sensitive skin in the vaginal area pleasantly supple.

Directions:
Insert one pessary into the vagina, preferably before going to bed. Use once a day, or less often as needed (for example 2-3 times a week) depending on individual symptoms. Wearing a panty liner is recommended while using this product.

Ingredients:
Calcium lactate, cetearyl alcohol, hydrogenated coco-glycerides, lactic acid, PEG-20 glyceryl stearate, sodium carbomer. Free from hormones, fragrances and preservatives.
