Directions:
Apply to a cotton pad and gently wipe over the eyes, face, neck and lips. Re-apply until the cotton pad becomes clear. Use twice daily or as often as required. No rinsing required.

Ingredients:
Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Pentylene Glycol, Polysorbate 20, Decyl Glucoside, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vit. E), Retinyl Acetate (Vit. A), Niacinamide (Vit. B3).
