Crampeze Night Cramps Forte 30 Tablets

Crampeze Night Cramps Forte contains Viburnum Opulus (Cramp Bark), traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help relieve muscle cramps, mild muscle spasms and twitches, along with magnesium supplementation.

Magnesium helps maintain healthy immune system function and supports a healthy neuromuscular system, while also maintaining muscle function and supporting nervous system function.

Directions:
Adults: take 1 tablet twice daily with water.

Ingredients:
Viburnum opulus (Cramp bark) extract 100mg, Magnesium (as heavy magnesium oxide) 150mg, Calcium pantothenate 20mg (equivalent to Vitamin B5 18.3mg), Tanacetum parthenium (Feverfew) extract 15mg, Nicotinamide 20mg, Rutoside (Rutin) 250mg.

Warnings:
Do not use if the carton or blister seal is broken or appears to have been tampered with. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children. Contains sulfites. Store below 250C.
