Crampeze Night Cramps capsules contain Viburnum Opulus (Cramp Bark), traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help relieve muscle cramps, mild muscle spasms and twitches, along with magnesium supplementation.

Magnesium supports energy production and muscle function, while Ginkgo Biloba supports blood circulation to the peripheral areas of the body such as the legs, hands and feet, and acts as an antioxidant to help reduce free radicals formed in the body.

Directions:
Adults: take 2 capsules twice daily with water, in the morning and 30 minutes before bed. For general magnesium and vitamin B6 supplementation only, take 1 capsule twice daily.

Ingredients:
Viburnum opulus (Cramp bark) extract 50mg, Magnesium (as heavy magnesium oxide) 75mg, Rutoside (Rutin) 200mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride 10mg (equivalent to Vitamin B6 8.2mg), Ginkgo biloba extract 30mg.

Warnings:
