Directions:
After brushing your teeth, dry the top row of teeth with a tissue. Apply a thin layer of serum to each tooth and wait 10 to 15 seconds for it to dry. Repeat on the bottom row, then insert the LED device into your mouth, plug it into your smartphone and press the power button to activate the whitening serum for 10 minutes.
