They are designed to help enhance exercise performance by maintaining sodium levels during prolonged strenuous exercise in heat conditions, and contain no added colours, gluten, lactose, sugar or preservatives.

Contents:
6 x Chemists' Own Salt Tablets 600mg 100 Tablets

Directions:
Take 15 tablets daily dissolved in 750mL of water, consumed before and throughout exercise. Each tablet contains sodium 236.1mg; the recommended daily dose provides 9g of sodium chloride. Store below 250C.

Ingredients:
Sodium chloride.
