Directions:
Adults: take 1 tablet daily with a main meal, or as directed by your health professional. Store below 250C. If you are pregnant or considering pregnancy, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

Ascorbic acid, Magnesium citrate, Manganese sulfate, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, Retinol acetate, Zinc chelate.
