Chemists' Own Provance Sleep Forte combines valerian, hops, passionflower and lemon balm.

It is formulated with herbs traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to reduce sleeplessness, relieve disturbed or restless sleep, and decrease the time taken to fall asleep, along with valerian traditionally used to reduce excess nervous energy.

Directions:
Adults: take 2 capsules 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by your health professional.

Ingredients:
Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) root extract, Humulus lupulus (Hops) fruit extract, Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) herb extract, Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm) leaf extract.

Warnings:
In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see your doctor if you notice yellowing of the skin or eyes, or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
