Directions:
Adults: take 1 capsule daily for anti-inflammatory, cardiovascular and nervous system health, 2 capsules daily for brain and cognitive function or healthy foetal development during pregnancy, 3 capsules daily for mood balance, 4 capsules daily for healthy blood lipids, or 5 capsules daily for joint function and mild joint pain, or as directed by your health professional. Take with a main meal and store below 250C.
