Chemists' Own ProCheck Vitamin D Rapid Test Cassette is a fingerstick whole blood test for detecting 25-hydroxyvitamin D, the main storage form of vitamin D in the body.

The test can help identify vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency and can also be used to monitor the effectiveness of vitamin D supplements. A coloured control line confirms the test has run correctly, with the result read against the colour card provided in the kit.

Directions:
Wash and dry hands, then bring the pouch to room temperature before opening. Clean a fingertip with the alcohol pad provided, use the lancet to obtain a blood drop, and use the capillary dropper to transfer blood into the test cassette as directed in the kit instructions. Read the result against the colour card provided.

Warnings:
For self-testing in vitro diagnostic use only. Store in a dry place away from excess moisture and do not use if the foil packaging is damaged or opened.
