Chemists' Own PROCHECK UTI Rapid Urine Test Pack of 3

The Chemists' Own PROCHECK UTI Rapid Test is a single-use urine screening test for leukocytes, blood, nitrite and protein, used to help diagnose urinary tract infections. All test components are supplied: a test strip, plastic cup, colour chart and package insert.

The supplier describes it as fast, reliable, an easy single-use procedure and confidential.

To use, open the foil pouch and test immediately. Dip the test strip in the urine sample so all four test fields are immersed for about 1-2 seconds, wait 2 minutes, then compare the strip's colour against the colour chart provided.

Warnings:
For self-testing in vitro diagnostic use only. Store in a dry place at 2-300C, and do not use if the foil packaging is damaged or has been opened. Use a clean container, uncontaminated by cleaning fluids, to collect the urine sample. Keep out of the reach of children, and do not use after the expiry date or if the pouch is damaged. Use each test only once, and follow the indicated time strictly.
