Centrum for Women 50+ is a multivitamin and mineral supplement specially formulated for women aged 50 and over.

It supports vitality with B group vitamins and folic acid, provides increased levels of iron, calcium and vitamin D to support post-menopausal health and help maintain healthy bones, supports immune function with antioxidants such as vitamins A, C and E, betacarotene, selenium and zinc, and with vitamin B5, iron and zinc, supports cognition and memory in adults aged 65 and over.

Directions:
Adults take one tablet daily with water.

Ingredients:
Each tablet contains vitamin C 150mg, calcium 300mg, magnesium 100mg, vitamin E 40mg, vitamin B1 4.2mg, vitamin B2 3.85mg, vitamin B6 9.7mg, nicotinamide 14mg, calcium pantothenate 12mg, betacarotene 1.2mg, iron 6mg, zinc 8mg, manganese 3mg, plus vitamins A, D3, K1, B12, H, folic acid, chromium, copper, iodine, selenium and molybdenum.

Warnings:
Contains sulfites. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses.
