Directions:
Adults take 1 capsule daily with the morning meal, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Ingredients:
Fish oil 30mg, cod liver oil 15.4mg, evening primrose oil 26mg, calcium 26mg, vitamin C 135mg, vitamin B1 1.85mg, vitamin B2 2.2mg, vitamin B3 14mg, vitamin B5 9mg, iron 5mg, magnesium 100mg, zinc 2mg, betacarotene 1.5mg, linseed oil 7.2mg, inositol 13mg and citrus bioflavonoids extract 2mg, plus vitamins D3, K1, B6, B9, B12, E and biotin.

Warnings:
If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses; a daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains soya.
