Directions:
Adults take 2 tablets daily with food, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Ingredients:
A comprehensive formula of vitamins and minerals, including vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C, D3 and E, calcium, phosphorus and copper. Contains glucose 359mg per tablet.

Warnings:
No added gluten, lactose, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or dairy products. Contains soya bean and sulfites. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
