Directions:

Ingredients:
Each tablet contains vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 500mg, Echinacea purpurea herb juice dry 22.22mg (from 1000mg fresh herb), zinc (from zinc gluconate) 2mg, and Allium sativum fresh bulb extract 8.33mg (from 100mg fresh bulb, Garlic).
