Caltrate Bone & Muscle is a calcium and vitamin D supplement that supports healthy bones and muscles, with other minerals for bone strength and flexibility.

It contains calcium and other minerals important for collagen formation to support bone strength and flexibility, plus vitamin D to help optimise calcium absorption and support muscle strength.

Directions:
Adults: take one tablet daily with liquid after a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Ingredients:
Each tablet contains calcium (as calcium carbonate) 600 mg, vitamin D3 (colecalciferol) 25 mcg, magnesium (as magnesium oxide) 50 mg, plus zinc, copper (500 mcg) and manganese.

Warnings:
Contains soya. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Ask your doctor before use if you have impaired renal function or are taking prescription medicine, and seek medical advice for use under 18 years or if pregnant or breastfeeding.
