Directions:
Adults: take one to two tablets daily with liquid after a meal, or as directed by your health professional. If taking two tablets daily, it is suggested you have each tablet at a different meal time.

Ingredients:
Each tablet contains calcium (as calcium carbonate) 600 mg and vitamin D3 (colecalciferol) 12.5 mcg.

Warnings:
Contains soya. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Ask your doctor before use if you have impaired renal function or are taking prescription medicine, and seek medical advice for use under 18 years or if pregnant or breastfeeding.
