Breathe Right Nasal Strips Tan instantly relieve nasal congestion due to allergies, colds or a deviated septum. This is the Regular size, in a pack of 30.

The strips use flexible, spring-like bands that gently lift and open the nasal passages to allow for better airflow, so you can breathe more easily.

Directions:
Clean: wash and dry your nose to remove dirt and oils. Place: remove the liner and place the strip on the nose. Apply: press down the ends and rub gently to secure. Remove the strip while washing your face with warm water or in the shower, always removing it slowly by loosening the ends and gently lifting from both sides. Please read the instruction leaflet enclosed in the pack before use, and follow the directions for use. Store below 300C.

Packaging of this product contains natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions. For external use only. Do not use over sores or sunburned skin. Do not use for more than 12 hours per day. Disposable; use each strip only once. Not for children under 5 years of age. Not for the treatment of sleep apnoea; consult your doctor if you think your snoring may be a symptom of sleep apnoea.
