Directions:
Wash and dry your nose to remove dirt and oils, remove the liner and place the strip on the nose, then press down the ends and rub gently to secure. Remove the strip slowly with warm water, loosening the ends before lifting from both sides.

Warnings:
For external use only. Do not use over sores, sunburned or irritated skin, or for more than 12 hours per day. Each strip is disposable and for single use, and not for children under 5 years of age. Packaging contains natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions.
