Directions:
Clean: wash and dry your nose to remove dirt and oils. Place: remove the liner and place the strip on the nose. Apply: press down the ends and rub gently to secure. Remove the strip while washing your face with warm water or in the shower, always removing it slowly by loosening the ends and gently lifting from both sides. Suitable for adults and children 5 years and over.

Warnings:
